Thank you for your continuous patronage to Sakura-Gear STORE.
Due to the changes in U.S. Customs and Regulations regarding importing merchandise from Japan to the US made in 2025 that cause us to put shipping of non-figure goods to the US in suspension since then, we are resuming the shipment under the change of the shipping method to the US from EMS to UPS.
As a result, we are renewing the classification table for international shipping starting from July 10th, 2026.
The current shipping class naming overall also gets the new adjustment as below.
- Airmail → Small Package
- EMS → Medium Package

As we updated the database on the STORE, we found out that the shipping category’s name is still displaying the old information.
Please consider this a temporary error as we are working on it and appreciate your patience.
For tapestries and posters that require a specific shape of box and circumstances such as bigger figures or large amounts of goods that require a larger box will have its own new classification.
- New Classification: Large Package
The shipping fee for each classification will have regional pricing as the table below.
This price table will be updated officially starting from August 1st, 2026.
※Regions that were previously on suspension and region with get decrease price are starting from today, July 10th, 2026.

In addition, we previously shipped 1/7 Scale Figures to the US under the specific classification of “EMS(Figure)”.
Due to this change of shipping method and pricing, we are integrating the classification for the figures within three sizes described above based on the figure’s size.
(The current on-going figure, Roza 1/7 Scale Figure, is in “Medium Package” class.)
