About membership registration

I registered as a member, but I did not receive a temporary registration/registration completion email.

If you have not received the registration completion email, there may be the following reasons.

  • The email address you entered is incorrect.
  • The store email address (@sakuragear.com) is set to reject reception.
  • It has been sorted into spam mail.

Please check your settings and try again.

Additionally, if you use a carrier email from a mobile phone company, your carrier’s own security settings may result in your email being rejected. Therefore, we recommend that you register an email address other than your mobile carrier’s email address.

Please tell me how to withdraw

Please contact us to let us know that you wish to cancel your membership.
Please note that you cannot cancel your membership if there are any products that have not yet been shipped. Please make sure all your purchases have been shipped before contacting us.
Also, please note that after you cancel your membership, you will not be able to re-download digital items from My Page.

About orders and payments

Is it possible to cancel my order?

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders. Please understand this before ordering.

Can I order pre-order items and regular items at the same time?

It is possible to order pre-order items and regular items at the same time.
In that case, please note that the items will be shipped together according to the product with the latest release date, so please be aware of this before placing your order.

What payment methods are available?

Credit card payment and PayPal are available.

Please let me know the payment timing for reserved items.

Payment for reserved items is processed at the time of order, just like regular items.

About shipping

I want to specify a delivery company

We are sorry, but we do not accept requests for delivery carriers.

I want to specify the delivery date and time

We are sorry, but we cannot accept requests for delivery dates and times.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

I want to change the shipping address

If you would like to change the shipping address, please follow the steps below to apply for a shipping address change.

From My Account > Orders, select the order for which you want to change the shipping address.
*You cannot change the status of orders other than those whose status is “Processing” or “Pre-Ordered.”

Please press the “Request change of shipping address” button displayed at the bottom of the order details.

Please enter your new shipping address and press the “Send” button.

I did not receive the product and had to return it.

In case the product is not received and sent back
If the product is returned to us, we will store it for two weeks after it arrives at our company.
You can request re-delivery within the storage period.
Please check the Regarding requests for re-delivery.
*A separate re-delivery fee will be charged.

If there is no request for re-delivery within the storage period, the order will be automatically canceled and the amount minus shipping and packaging costs will be refunded.
