How to use coupons

If you have a coupon, you can use it by entering the coupon code on the cart screen with the item in your cart and pressing the “Apply Coupon” button.

*For coupons that have a fixed target product, the coupon cannot be applied unless the target product is in the cart. Please check before using the coupon.

About the shipping company

Shipping from our shop will be via “EMS”(Express Mail Service).

Shipping charges are as follows for each shipping category.
EMS : 4000 JPY
Airmail: 2000 JPY
If you purchase products with different shipping categories at the same time, the category with the highest shipping rate among the purchased items will be applied.
*Please check the product details page for the shipping classification of each product.

About the shipping area

This shop is only for customers outside of Japan.
If you would like to ship to Japan, please use the Japanese version of the site.
*Due to licensing agreements, some products may differ.
*There are some countries where delivery is not possible. Please contact us for details.

About specifying delivery destination

You cannot specify the following delivery destinations. Please note that in some cases, we may cancel your order.

  • Temporary accommodation facilities such as hotels and hospitals
  • Facilities other than residence or work (convenience store, school, etc.)
  • Overseas transfer service

About changing shipping address

If you would like to change the shipping address, please follow the steps below to apply for a shipping address change.

From My Account > Orders, select the order for which you want to change the shipping address.
*You cannot change the status of orders other than those whose status is “Processing” or “Pre-Ordered.”

Please press the “Request change of shipping address” button displayed at the bottom of the order details.

Please enter your new shipping address and press the “Send” button.

In case the product is not received and sent back

In case the product is not received and sent back
If the product is returned to us, we will store it for two weeks after it arrives at our company.
You can request re-delivery within the storage period.
Please check the Regarding requests for re-delivery.
*A separate re-delivery fee will be charged.

If there is no request for re-delivery within the storage period, the order will be automatically canceled and the amount minus shipping and packaging costs will be refunded.

Regarding the case of purchasing a pre-order item and a regular item at the same time

For products that require shipping

In the case of items that require shipping, such as figures and goods, the items will be shipped together based on the product with the latest release date among those purchased at the same time.
If you would like to receive the items as soon as possible, please complete the accounting process individually.

For download products

In the case of downloadable products such as digital figures, they will be available for download once the order processing is completed, regardless of the products purchased at the same time.
