Due to Mexico custom laws and import regulations regarding of merchandise made by plastic, we are facing difficuties in shipping our products to Mexico.
In order to prevent further troubles regarding of this regulation, Sakura-Gear store will no longer taking orders with shipping address to Mexico starting from October 10, 2024.
For orders that have been taken before this date, we will response as below.
- Products shipping by EMS (Figures)
→We will proceed to shipping as pre-ordered.
In case that the products have been return to us from the Mexico custom laws and import regulations, we will proceed to cancel the order and process refund to purchaser. - Products shipping by Japan post’s international mail service (Smaller merchandises such as acrylic stands)
→The order will get cancel and refund without further attempt to ship international mail to Mexico.
